Shipping policy

Dovaren ships to eligible addresses in the contiguous United States only.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, other U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Eligible orders receive free standard shipping.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed by 5:00 PM Mountain Time on a business day generally enter processing that day.

After dispatch, standard delivery is typically estimated at 5–12 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, holidays, destination conditions, or other circumstances outside Dovaren’s control.

We will send tracking information by email when it becomes available. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Dovaren is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, or unclaimed, we will contact you regarding available options.
