Refund policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Dovaren. Return requests may be made within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, email support@dovaren.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Do not send an item back before receiving return authorization and instructions.

If your return is approved, Dovaren will provide a prepaid return label. We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

Returned items should be unused, in substantially the same condition in which they were received, and include original components and packaging when reasonably available. Please pack fragile décor, vessels, and lighting carefully to help prevent damage during return shipping.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at support@dovaren.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after receipt and acceptance. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are not applicable because eligible orders receive free standard shipping. This policy does not affect any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
