Where do you ship?
We ship to eligible addresses in the contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
How much is shipping?
Eligible orders receive free standard shipping.
How long will my order take?
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery is generally estimated at 5–12 business days after dispatch.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@dovaren.com as soon as possible. We can assist only if the order has not entered fulfillment or shipped.
How do I track my order?
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent when your order ships.
What is your return window?
Return requests may be made within 30 days of delivery. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy for eligibility and instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
For approved returns, Dovaren provides a prepaid return label. No restocking fee is charged.
Are your lamps for indoor use?
Yes. Dovaren lighting and decorative products are intended for indoor residential use unless a product page specifically states otherwise.
Do you have a showroom?
No. Dovaren is an online-only store and does not have a public showroom or walk-in retail location.
